Photos are resized to 1800 pixels for storage. PDF receipts: up to 10 MB each.
Create nested folders, rename them, or change their parent. Equipment stays attached when a folder moves.
OneDrive not connected
Backups are dated copies, not live synchronization. They remain in OneDrive until you remove them. Opening another device does not overwrite or restore records automatically.
Full JSON backups contain folders, records, photos, receipts and repair history. Excel contains Inventory and Repairs worksheets; attachments stay in the full backup.
Browser storage can be cleared or lost. Keep backups. Before a restore, the app downloads a safety copy and keeps the previous catalogue locally.
Open this address in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Use that same icon/browser for your working catalogue. Safari and the installed app may have separate storage.
Version 1.0 · No paid scanning API. The host serves app files, not your equipment data. Records are local; backups go to your Microsoft account. Sign-out disconnects OneDrive but does not erase the local catalogue.
